A retail brand whose digital presence increased 800% over the past year, was in need of a new digital presence and smoother UX journey.
Oddbird approached me with a need to overhaul their digital presence, and create a website with a smoother UX flow than their previous site had. After sending multiple wireframes, we landed on a site build that incorporated and focused mainly on the beautiful imagery that is a cornerstone of the brands look and feel. Creating a minimal and sleek navigation, and suggesting that leading copy into products be short, sharp and fast, we saw users able to purchase products quicker than before. This is also due to a cleaner mobile experience, that decreased clicks to purchase, engaged users into the purchase funnel quicker, and had higher conversation rates then the previous site did. The site re-brand took place during COVID-19, and in partnership with the new EDMs that were launched, we saw an increase in revenue of 800% that has held strong ever since, and continues to grow month on month. Overall, this new site has given Oddbird a rejuvenated online foundation from which they are continuing to build and expand upon – needless to say, the clients were over the moon with the results.
