Whilst working for NRMA, I acted as lead digital designer and provided UX/UI support for the Car Batteries online booking form project. This new booking form would allow easy ordering of car batteries to new and existing customers, and had to be designed with a priority on taking a mobile first approach.
With the previous customer journey for ordering a new battery being to call the NRMA, this new booking form would allow easy ordering of car batteries to new and existing customers. The priority being to put an emphasis on the forms being designed and developed in a mobile first approach, so that the entry point could be accessible to anybody, anywhere. Adhering to NRMA’s digital style guide, I provided UI/UX support for the ‘Manage your booking’ section of the booking form as well as acting as lead digital designer and giving design direction to the overall campaign.
